Our commitment:

All of our dealings with Clients are covered by confidentiality agreements and all our Associates are covered with back-to-back NDAs. Associates working directly on your projects will also sign the Client's own NDA. We do not discuss the nature of our Client projects with any third party without permission. We do not use analysis gained through our Client projects for purposes other than meeting the explicit goals of the Client commissioning the research. SONA and our Associates are all covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. SONA services may be directly procured or via Clients' normal framework routes.
